What is St. Luke's eHealth Corporate Client System?
St. Luke's eHealth Corporate Client System is an online facility that allows you to access, view, download, or send to the Corporate email a copy of diagnostic test results and Statement of Account(SOA)/Charge Invoice(CI) via https://www.stlukes.com.ph/ of your members, provided the tests are ordered or the patient was confined with your company as guarantor. The service is FREE of charge.
How can I avail of St. Luke's eHealth Corporate Client System's services?
If you are from any of St Luke's accredited company and/or HMO business partners and your job includes securing copies of diagnostic results and Statement of Account, you may secure a copy of the eHealth Corporate Client System Access Request Form together with St. Luke's Medical Center's Confidentialilty Agreement from your contact persons in BASD/SMCAD and/or IRSP and submit the accomplished form back to them.
What can I access?
"Reports of laboratory tests and ancillary procedures, once officially released, are available for access online. You can view , download, or send to your email any of your members' available test results within the past two (2) years, provided these tests were ordered with your company as guarantor.
Statement of Accounts/Charge Invoice may also be viewed and retrieve during confinement or sixty(60) days after discharge as long as the company you are representing was defined responsible for the account."
Can I print my test results?
If given the access to PRINT, Yes, you can print test results.
Who can view test results and Statement of Accounts (SOA) / Charge Invoice (CI)?
Duly registered corporate representative and has an active account can view corporate test results and Statement of Accounts (SOA) and/or Charge Invoice (CI).
Are all test results included in the St. Luke's eHealth Service?
No, not all test results are available in St. Luke's eHealth. You may view the list of procedures on the website. For other tests, you will be instructed on how to get your test results by hospital personnel during the performance of the test.
Are all Statement of Accounts and Charge Invoice final?
No. SOA and CI may still have additional charges/refund even after the patient has been discharged.
Is this service available both for St. Luke's Medical Center-Global City and St. Luke's Medical Center-Quezon City patients?
If your account access has given you the authority to view both transactions from St. Luke's Medical Center-Global City and St. Luke's Medical Center-Quezon City then you will be able to see test results and SOA/CI of patients from both hospital.
Will I receive an email notification upon registration?
Yes. As soon as your account has been created , an email will be automatically sent to the email address that you have indicated in the eHealth Corporate Client System Access Request Form. This email address will also serve as your username. In the event that your email program has directed the message to the Spam folder, please click on the "This is not Spam" link to direct subsequent messages to your Inbox.
